15g Coffee Beans

First Pour (Blooming)

0:00 - 0:35

60g water

Second Pour

0:45 - 1:30

Pour in a clockwise motion

120g water

Last Pour

1:30 - 2:15

Pour in a clockwise motion and end it with a middle pour

220g water

Tips to improve your coffee

Fine-tune your coffee to your liking

  • Use freshly ground coffee.
  • Keep water temperature between 92–96°C.
  • Pour slowly and consistently.
    Wet all grounds evenly during the bloom.
  • Avoid pouring directly onto the filter paper.
  • Maintain a steady water level throughout the brew.
  • Keep the coffee bed flat after each pour.
  • Adjust grind size based on taste:
    Sour → Grind finer
    Bitter → Grind coarser
  • Aim for a consistent brew time.
  • Change one variable at a time when dialing in.
  • Be adventurous, try new brewing recipes!
